After noticing bugs on my porch that I’ve never seen before (turned out to be a termite swarm — ick!) I called Faro and the owner Josh promptly got back to me and scheduled an appt. He explained and inspected all and gave me the best option which was actually the cheapest option he had. I appreciate not being upsold things I didn’t need! Time will tell if treatments work as you don’t normally “see” termites but I am confident it will!

Josh was terrific!!! We needed someone immediately as we had workers in our attic that wouldn't continue till the bees were gone. Josh was there in minutes. He saved us from rescheduling, and what a NICE man!!! He's our exterminator now, that's for sure!!! Just had his brother Brian come to take care of some wasps in our attic, he's just as nice as Josh 🙂 Very happy with everything!!
