Josh was terrific!!! We needed someone immediately as we had workers in our attic that wouldn't continue till the bees were gone. Josh was there in minutes. He saved us from rescheduling, and what a NICE man!!! He's our exterminator now, that's for sure!!! Just had his brother Brian come to take care of some wasps in our attic, he's just as nice as Josh 🙂 Very happy with everything!!

We had carpenter ants - called Faro and Josh came out, did a thorough inspection of our property, explained what was what and then Brian came by within a day or two and took care of business. We appreciated their professionalism, their friendly demeanor and the time they took with us. Brian also pointed out some potential trouble spots he found which need carpentry repair - and which have nothing to do with the ant issue. Nice guys; they get the job done and are resonably priced. We will call upon them again if the need arises.

I have known Josh for about 8 years now. I know that he is a dedicated man of his craft and will do anything in his power to meet the needs and desires of his clients! Personally he is down to earth and personable and will work with you to get those things that you never want to see not just hidden from sight, but EXTERMINATED! Pest will be pest, but Josh does not take the fast route he will get to the root of your problem to prevent further turmoil. I can’t say enough positive things about Faro pest control. Very down to earth and honest guys who are incredibly thorough with their work. Josh inspected the entire house with a fine tooth comb looking for pest signs and entry points. And their results speak for themselves; the flying squirrels have been humanely evicted from my ceiling. I also signed up for an annual termite prevention plan. Very fair prices and very meticulous work. Don’t go with the big box companies, go with Faro; an honest, small, family business.
