This the the third time in 21 years that I've had bats in my attic. The previous two companies did not effectively seal the attic so I called Faro this time. Josh and Brian were friendly and professional. Brian installed an exit-only screen for the bat and later sealed the attic to prevent future intrusions. I'm hopeful that this is the last time that I'l need to deal with bats in the attic.

Bryan did a superb job: 1. Called to request an earlier arrival than scheduled, 2, Made sure he was not tracking dirt into the house, 3. Identified the culprits as either termites or carpenter ants, 4. Applied the correct chemicals to the area where ants were noticed as well as the rest of the room and the outside of the house. 5. Within 20 minutes of finishing, there were 100 dead large ants on the floor and no sign of any since then. Job well done.

I called Faro Pest Control on a Thusday morning and Josh said he would be able to stop by later in the afternoon. He quoted a reasonable price on the phone so I booked his services. He arrived within the stated time window, explained his treatment and answered all of my questions. The job took about 20 minutes and Josh said call him back in 48 hours if the nest was still active.
