He saved us from rescheduling, and what a NICE man!!! He's our exterminator now, that's for sure!!! I can’t say enough positive things about Faro pest control. Very down to earth and honest guys who are incredibly thorough with their work. Josh inspected the entire house with a fine tooth comb looking for pest signs and entry points. And their results speak for themselves; the flying squirrels have been humanely evicted from my ceiling. I also signed up for an annual termite prevention plan. After noticing bugs on my porch that I’ve never seen before (turned out to be a termite swarm — ick!) I called Faro and the owner Josh promptly got back to me and scheduled an appt. He explained and inspected all and gave me the best option which was actually the cheapest option he had. I appreciate not being upsold things I didn’t need!
