After trying to deal with a yellow jacket problem for two weeks on my own, I finally gave Faro a call on the Saturday before Labor Day. I immediately got a call back from Josh who let me know that he would make the effort to come on Sunday, the day before the holiday, which I was extremely impressed by. He was true to his word and came on Sunday to resolve the issue for me and explained what was going on from his POV and what he was going to do to fix the issue. Although a majority of the bees were exterminated, there were still some bees. I let Josh know and he came by the next day to administer some additional treatment at no charge. I can say that my yellow jacket problem is now resolved and I am extremely happy with the service Josh provided. I will definitely be using them again in the future if I need their services!

We had a very active and alarming yellow jacket nest in a lamp fixture next to our front door. I called Faro Pest Control on a Thusday morning and Josh said he would be able to stop by later in the afternoon. He quoted a reasonable price on the phone so I booked his services. He arrived within the stated time window, explained his treatment and answered all of my questions. The job took about 20 minutes and Josh said call him back in 48 hours if the nest was still active.
