I called Faro Pest Control two weeks again and they were able to get scheduled the very next week for a yellow jacket nest extermination. Their communication and honesty set them apart from all the other companies I contacted.

Other companies immediately were trying to push me into signing up for plans and monthly payments to continue treatment. What set Faro apart was they just focused on my issue and it never felt gimmicky.

The day we originally scheduled was rained out and they quickly communicated with me and setup another appointment for the same week. Bryan was my expert and he super respectful and knowledgeable. We were experiencing yellow jackets in our house over a period of a few weeks and despite another pest control company performing multiple services, the condition kept getting worse. During a particularly bad flair up on a Saturday morning I contacted Joshua and Faro Pest Control. Called about a woodpecker destroying my siding. Josh knew that it was most likely carpenter ants and not bees, judging from where the woodpecker was active. He ran me through what he considered to be the best course of action for treatment, and offered to treat my property. He did what he said he would as well as a little extra, since he had suspicions about the location of the ant's home colony.
