Josh and Brian were very professional. I had my roofline sprayed for bees and wasps a few days ago. Initially after the treatment, I noticed some bee activity outside my bay window, but I think the treatment turned them away. Since then I have not seen any more bees flying around my roofline. After noticing bugs on my porch that I’ve never seen before (turned out to be a termite swarm — ick!) I called Faro and the owner Josh promptly got back to me and scheduled an appt. He explained and inspected all and gave me the best option which was actually the cheapest option he had. I appreciate not being upsold things I didn’t need! Time will tell if treatments work as you don’t normally “see” termites but I am confident it will!

Bryan did a superb job: 1. Called to request an earlier arrival than scheduled, 2, Made sure he was not tracking dirt into the house, 3. Identified the culprits as either termites or carpenter ants, 4. Applied the correct chemicals to the area where ants were noticed as well as the rest of the room and the outside of the house. 5. Within 20 minutes of finishing, there were 100 dead large ants on the floor and no sign of any since then. Job well done.

Josh inspected the entire house with a fine tooth comb looking for pest signs and entry points.
