He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. Called about a woodpecker destroying my siding. Josh knew that it was most likely carpenter ants and not bees, judging from where the woodpecker was active. He ran me through what he considered to be the best course of action for treatment, and offered to treat my property. He did what he said he would as well as a little extra, since he had suspicions about the location of the ant's home colony. Very kind, considerate, and professional, and he even gave me a few free tips for preventing future woodpecker-related damages.
