We had a sneaky little squirrel make its way into our attic through a hole in the roof and some poorly constructed corners where the roof didn't meet properly. It was a stressful situation, but Josh came to the rescue! From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us find a long-term fix—not just a temporary patch.

Josh and his team worked diligently to diagnose exactly how the squirrels were getting in, which turned out to be through three separate areas where the roof hadn’t been built correctly. I truly recommend if you are having any issue with pest control to reach out to Josh at Faro Pest Control. Josh was punctual and very communicative. He walked me through the steps for a bed bug inspection and what signs to look for, answering any and all of my questions. I have never received or seen such a thorough inspection done. There was not a square inch of my bedroom that was not meticulously searched. Including, but not limited to my bed frame, mattress, dressers, sided tables, baseboards, and he even opened my outlets to make sure there was no sign of any stage of bed bug. The report after inspection was detailed and well written.

They just did the work so I can’t say that our problem is solved but I expect it is.
What I want to tell you is these guys are really decent; extremely careful in our home, nice explanation of how they’ll take care of the bugs, on time, etc. The estimate was fair and I truly believe that if we do have a problem in a few months, they’ll take care of it.
My big take away… in our first meeting, Josh seems extremely honest. I asked, “what would you do if it were home?” He told me, without hesitation, what he’d do, and it was the less expensive route! Josh was awesome, he ran late because of rt 80 sinkhole traffic, he called AND texted me to keep me informed. He found the root of the problem in 5 minutes. He sprayed and powdered AND found where the insects were coming in from outside( I need to seal up the spots). I have a new exterminator that I will now always use. All work is guaranteed. He will be coming back to do termite prevention. Support local businesses because they care! Love this guy….
