We were experiencing yellow jackets in our house over a period of a few weeks and despite another pest control company performing multiple services, the condition kept getting worse. During a particularly bad flair up on a Saturday morning I contacted Joshua and Faro Pest Control. Joshua was able to fit us in that very afternoon and spent hours that afternoon into the early evening (on a Saturday!) performing a thorough inspection of our home and treating our home for yellow jackets. He took the time to answer any questions that I had and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was evident that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but it was his level of care and his clear investment in resolving the issue that really made an impression on me. The initial visit was successful, but he scheduled a follow up visit with us for a few days later to check up on the status and address any lingering issues. I was so pleased with the result and Joshua's level of service and professionalism, that I signed up for their annual service to be proactive and prevent issues in the future.

Called about a woodpecker destroying my siding. Josh knew that it was most likely carpenter ants and not bees, judging from where the woodpecker was active. He ran me through what he considered to be the best course of action for treatment, and offered to treat my property. He did what he said he would as well as a little extra, since he had suspicions about the location of the ant's home colony. Very kind, considerate, and professional, and he even gave me a few free tips for preventing future woodpecker-related damages.

Joshua is knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the mouse droppings in my attic, set up traps where needed, and sealed multiple openings to prevent future mouse entry. He did an excellent job, and I highly recommend his service.

I called this company based on reviews. I was looking to have a specific pest treatment done and was able to speak to Josh about it. He listened to all of my crazy questions and was very understanding & patient. I had the first of 2 treatments done this past week, so far so good. Hopefully this will be done and over with soon. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for pest service.

Josh was very professional, responsive and prompt. He came out and did a free estimate and worked through what would be best for our situation. He then came out a few days later and sprayed our home for bees and wasps. He was very thorough and polite. He offers a 60 day guarantee which is awesome. I have yet to see a bee or wasp since he sprayed. Would definitely use him again and recommend him!!

Josh came out again a couple weeks ago and found a yellow jackets nest in our crawl space. He was thorough and fair priced! Will always be calling faro pest control when I have any pest issues.
