I currently have an exterminator who is great and very knowledgeable. However, I felt the need to get a second opinion from another exterminator because I kept seeing carpenter ants outside my house and was concerned. I called them because I was having a really bad problem with carpenter ants, and Josh came as soon as he could. He explained everything, super clear and patiently. Because the ants were everywhere, they didn’t disappeared completely the first time so they came back one more time ( no extra charge) and now there is no even one!!! They did a great job!!
