I called yesterday about termite activity in our detached garage, and Josh came out the very next day. He thoroughly inspected the area, treated the problem, and eliminated the termite activity quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. We’re so grateful for the fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Josh was very professional, responsive and prompt. He came out and did a free estimate and worked through what would be best for our situation. He then came out a few days later and sprayed our home for bees and wasps. He was very thorough and polite. He offers a 60 day guarantee which is awesome. I have yet to see a bee or wasp since he sprayed. Would definitely use him again and recommend him!!

Josh came out again a couple weeks ago and found a yellow jackets nest in our crawl space. He was thorough and fair priced! Will always be calling faro pest control when I have any pest issues.

Byran was respectful, informative and helpful. He moved out my appliances and sealed all the openings. He even helped me clean the floor under the appliances. He responded the same day to pick up the dead mice. I cannot say enough about this company. I highly recommend them!!! I am completely satisfied and would use them again.

I have known Josh for about 8 years now. I know that he is a dedicated man of his craft and will do anything in his power to meet the needs and desires of his clients! Personally he is down to earth and personable and will work with you to get those things that you never want to see not just hidden from sight, but EXTERMINATED! Pest will be pest, but Josh does not take the fast route he will get to the root of your problem to prevent further turmoil. We were experiencing yellow jackets in our house over a period of a few weeks and despite another pest control company performing multiple services, the condition kept getting worse. During a particularly bad flair up on a Saturday morning I contacted Joshua and Faro Pest Control. Joshua was able to fit us in that very afternoon and spent hours that afternoon into the early evening (on a Saturday!) performing a thorough inspection of our home and treating our home for yellow jackets. He took the time to answer any questions that I had and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was evident that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but it was his level of care and his clear investment in resolving the issue that really made an impression on me. The initial visit was successful, but he scheduled a follow up visit with us for a few days later to check up on the status and address any lingering issues. I was so pleased with the result and Joshua's level of service and professionalism, that I signed up for their annual service to be proactive and prevent issues in the future.
