I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!! Called on a Friday morning for a problem with mice and Josh was able to come out that afternoon to assess the situation. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. He explained how the mice were getting in & the plan to address the issue and was transparent about pricing (the price was very fair and inclusive with a service guarantee). The issue was resolved quickly! I know my neighbors called Josh as well for the same issue and were also highly satisfied with their service. As a new homeowner, I have had lots of people in and out working on all sorts of things but working with Josh & this company was by far the best service experience. 10/10 recommend!!

Josh was great- Pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable I called on Friday and he came out on Saturday! He sprayed the bees, Hornets, ants and spiders and checked the entire place for termites and carpenter bees, And other wood destroying insects. The price was more than reasonable as I would’ve paid double for that level of service if I used Viking or Cooper. I highl Faro for any pest control needs.

Josh and Bryan are awesome! Josh came an hour after I called for the first time to give me a free home plan estimate and was very knowledgeable. A week later bryan came and sprayed for everything and removed wasp nests (there was rain in the forecast so I put it off a week but Josh would have sprayed the same day as the estimate). Most importantly they both gave me ETA’s in advance and are very considerate of your time! 10/10 service!
