Scott Brown I put in a YELP request for an exterminator this afternoon and Josh from Faro replied immediately with a reasonable quote for an initial visit, assessment and treatment. I'm having issues with Wasps and Mice. He offered a simple and easy scheduling process, all done through the app, and then showed up exactly when he said he would a few hours later, at 6pm on a Friday night. Mind you he owns the business. He then proceeded to examine my situation, diagnose the problem and offer me both one time and ongoing treatment options with transparent pricing. We talked it through and decided to create an ongoing service relationship that includes quarterly pest control, unlimited call backs and mosquito and tick repellent at a lower cost than Mosquito Joe which we currently pay for. So in essence, he responded immediately, showed up on time late on a Friday, presented me reasonably priced options with unlimited call backs and then saved me money on a service that I was already paying for. I hit a grand slam with this company and specifically with Josh. If your pest control service doesn't make you smile when you think of the money you invest in them, I suggest you call Faro.
